The HR faculty consists of academically and professionally qualified directors with a combined wealth of knowledge and cognate experience in HR Consulting, Executive Search, Recruitment, Change Management, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll Administration, HR Policy Formulation & Development, Manpower Outsourcing & Management, HR Software supervision, Employee Relations, design of Performance Management Systems & Staff Audit as well as general Talent Management and HR Project Management. Recruitment and employee management within the faculty spans top rated indigenous and multinational companies in Nigeria across various sectors including but not limited to Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Logistics, Oil & Gas, Power, Financial Institutions, Technology, FMCG, Hospitality, Transportation, Construction/Real Estate and Education. The HR faculty comprises a rich mix of certified Associate members of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), Human Resource Management Professional (HRCI), Institutes of Recruiters, United Kingdom (IOR), American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) and SHL/CEB Talent Measurement Test Administrators to mention a few. All of whom have undergone extensive international and local trainings in Human Resources Management.
